Job Title: Child Sponsorship Program Coordinator
Location: Punjab, India (with travel across Punjab)
Salary: ?25,000 to ?35,000 per month

Role Overview
The Child Sponsorship Program Coordinator will oversee all aspects of the Child Sponsorship Program, ensuring effective communication between children and donors, timely delivery of benefits, and continuous program improvement. This role requires regular travel across Punjab to engage with children, families, and local teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management :
• Oversee the end-to-end operations of the Child Sponsorship Program, ensuring alignment with SAF International's mission and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance program effectiveness and donor engagement.
• Communication Coordination :
• Facilitate meaningful and timely correspondence between sponsored children and donors, ensuring authenticity and cultural sensitivity.
• Create and manage templates, questionnaires, and communication materials to support effective exchanges.
• Benefit Delivery :
• Coordinate the distribution of benefits to sponsored children, including birthday gifts and educational resources, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain records of benefit distribution and monitor their impact on children's well-being.
• Monitoring and Evaluation :
• Develop and implement monitoring tools to assess program performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collect and analyze data on child progress, donor satisfaction, and program outcomes to inform decision-making.
• Stakeholder Engagement :
• Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, donors, and local communities to foster trust and collaboration.
• Organize and facilitate donor visits, community events, and other engagement activities as needed.
• Reporting and Documentation :
• Prepare regular reports on program activities, achievements, and challenges for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of all program-related information, including child profiles and donor records.

Qualifications

• Education :
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
• Experience :
• Minimum of 2 years in program coordination, child development, or donor relations, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
• Skills :
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Punjabi and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
• Other Requirements :
• Willingness to travel frequently across Punjab.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Understanding of and commitment to child protection and safeguarding principles.
