Job Title: Child Personality Trainer

Location: Indore
Female Candidates Only
Working Hours: 8-hour shift, flexible timings
Remuneration: Up to ?45,000/month
Training: Necessary training will be provided

Who is Eligible?

• Education: Graduate
• Plus : Coursework in elementary education or child psychology is preferred.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi, with strong verbal skills.
• Personality Traits: Patience, empathy, adaptability, and a nurturing disposition to foster a supportive environment.
• Transport: Must have their own vehicle for commuting to in-home sessions.

Responsibilities you'll be Trained for:

• Activity Facilitation: Conduct engaging activities supporting literacy, numeracy, critical thinking, and creativity. Incorporate outdoor play and fitness activities to promote teamwork and physical well-being.
• Extracurricular Exploration: Introduce children to diverse extracurriculars, encouraging exploration beyond academics.
• Storytelling and Engagement: Use interactive storytelling and games to foster curiosity, creativity, and social skills.
• Emotional Support: Offer a nurturing presence, guiding children in understanding and expressing emotions.
• Encouraging Independence: Teach self-care, decision-making, and problem-solving to promote independence.
• Age-Appropriate Discussions: Facilitate open discussions to boost confidence and communication skills.
• Developmental Monitoring: Observe and document children's progress, providing feedback and support to parents.

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
