Position Overview: We are seeking compassionate and skilled Educational Counselors to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in educational counseling, psychology, or related fields and will be adept at working with children and parents to address a range of behavioral and developmental issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Counseling Sessions: Provide one-on-one counseling sessions based on detailed reports generated by Joonify's assessment tools. Address various issues including stubbornness, phone or TV addiction, inappropriate behavior, and unhealthy habits of kids.
• Interpret Reports: Review and interpret assessment reports, offering clear and actionable insights to both children and their parents. Assist in understanding the underlying causes of behaviors and suggest tailored strategies for improvement.
• Develop Action Plans: Create and implement personalized action plans and strategies to address identified issues. Collaborate with parents and children to set achievable goals and track progress.
• Provide Guidance: Offer practical advice and coping strategies to help children and parents manage and overcome challenges. Facilitate communication between parents and children to improve mutual understanding and cooperation.
• Educational Support: Assist in identifying educational needs and recommend appropriate resources or interventions to support the child's learning and development.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in educational counseling and child psychology. Attend training sessions and workshops as required.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, progress notes, and action plans. Ensure confidentiality and adherence to privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

Education: Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in educational counseling or a related field, with a track record of successfully addressing behavioral and developmental issues in children and adolescents.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Empathy and patience in dealing with children and parents.

- Ability to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for assessments and counseling.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in counseling or therapy are preferred.
