Chief Technology Officer
Profile:
As the Chief Technology Officer, you will be instrumental in driving the technology strategy, with a
focus on introducing automation and digital solutions. You will be responsible for shaping our
technological landscape, streamlining processes, and ensuring that we leverage cutting-edge
technology to deliver superior banking services.

Key Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the Bank\'s goals, emphasizing automation and digitalization.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Optimize the current IT network while evaluating new solutions to ensure efficiency, reliability, and cost- effectiveness.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions across various banking functions to improve operational efficiency.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate emerging technologies for cost efficiency and assess their applicability to the Bank\'s business model, ensuring that investments in IT deliver a strong return on investment.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the Bank\'s IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Drive the Bank\'s digital transformation initiatives, including the development of digital channels, mobile banking, and online services.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Implement robust data analytics and management practices to derive insights for better decision- making.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Establish and maintain a robust cybersecurity framework to protect customer data and the Bank\'s digital assets.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with external technology vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and resources.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Utilize industry networks and relationships with technology vendors to negotiate favorable terms and access resources that benefit the Bank\'s IT initiatives.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Stay informed about changing regulatory requirements specific to the banking industry, ensuring that IT systems and processes remain compliant and secure.


Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or MCA
• Proven track record of at least 10 years in a senior technology leadership role within the banking or

financial industry.

• Extensive experience in successfully implementing automation and digitization initiatives.
• Familiarity with banking operations, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Excellent execution and problem-solving abilities.
• Good leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional

teams.

Compensation:
Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications & relevant experience. Any of the above criteria may be
relaxed in the case of deserving candidates, at the sole discretion of the Bank.
