Position Overview: We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and drive the development of innovative AI solutions. As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company, ensuring the alignment of our technology vision with business goals, and leading a talented team of engineers and data scientists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's vision and business objectives.
• Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and AI researchers to achieve technical excellence and innovation.
• Product Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions and products across various industries.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies, and drive the adoption of best practices and new methodologies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other executives, particularly the CEO, to ensure the seamless integration of technology with business strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Present technical concepts and progress to stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure that all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards and data security requirements.
• Budget Management: Manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on AI, machine learning, and data science.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI technologies, computer vision, IoT, Edge AI, and their applications in various industries.
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing technical teams.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to translate business objectives into technical strategies and deliverables.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
