Chief Technology Officer (cto)
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior PHP Tech Lead with strong experience in PHP , React.js , and Node.js to lead and mentor our development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack solutions. This includes managing WordPress back-end systems, React.js front-end applications, and Node.js server-side logic.
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead and mentor a team of developers across PHP , WordPress , React.js , and Node.js .
• Oversee architecture and technical decisions for full-stack web applications.
• Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes, plugins, and sites.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Optimize performance for PHP , React.js , and Node.js applications.
• Ensure the security and scalability of all systems.
Requirements :
• 8-10 years of experience in web development with expertise in PHP and WordPress .
• Strong experience with React.js and Node.js .
• Familiarity with cloud platforms ( AWS , GCP ) and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of database management, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
