Company : One of the fastest growing ,Automation led next generation IT Service providerJob Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)Location : Chennai / MumbaiReporting to : PresidentExperience Level : Overall 25 + years of Work ExperienceThe Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a key executive responsible for overseeing and leading the technological aspects of an organization.Responsibilities:Technology Strategy:Develop and implement the organization\'s overall technology strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.Assess and recommend appropriate technologies to support the company\'s needs.Innovation and Research:Lead research and development efforts to identify new technologies, trends, and opportunities.Foster a culture of innovation within the technology team.Team Leadership:Manage and lead a high-performing technology team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.Product Development:Oversee the development of technology products and solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and marketing, to ensure alignment with business objectives.Infrastructure Management:Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization\'s technology infrastructure.Ensure the security and integrity of the company\'s data and systems.Budgeting and Resource Allocation:Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.Make strategic decisions regarding technology investments.Vendor Management:Evaluate and select technology vendors and partners.Negotiate contracts and manage ongoing relationships with vendors.Collaboration with Leadership:Collaborate with other C-level executives to align technology initiatives with overall business strategy.Provide regular updates and work closely with the CEO and the Board of Directors.Quality Assurance:Establish and maintain quality assurance processes for technology deliverables.Monitor and evaluate the performance of technology solutions.Stakeholder Communication:Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
