Job Title : Chief Security Officer (CSO)

Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly experienced and disciplined Chief Security Officer (CSO) with a preference for candidates having a background in the healthcare (Hospital)sector. The CSO will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all security measures to safeguard the hospital's premises, staff, patients, and assets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and protocols for hospital safety.
• Supervise and manage the security team, ensuring round-the-clock vigilance.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems, such as surveillance cameras and access control mechanisms.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency response teams in case of critical incidents.
• Train staff on emergency procedures, including fire safety, evacuation plans, and threat response.
• Monitor compliance with healthcare security regulations and standards.
• Manage crisis situations effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in a senior security management role, preferably in the hospital/healthcare sector.
• Ex-military background with leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of security systems, emergency response protocols, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make swift decisions in emergencies.

Preferred Attributes :

• Familiarity with hospital operations and patient care environments.
• Certifications in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP) are an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
