:Position SH Security & Admin Reporting to HR Head, Site Position Summary Responsible for ensuring all aspect of Security and Administration of the Unit. Role & Responsibilities \xef\x83\x9c Define Systems and Processes related to Security and Administration in the plant and ensure continuous monitoring and review of the same in order to plug any loop holes in the system. \xef\x83\x9c Researches and deploys state-of-the-art technology solutions, innovative security management techniques and develop standards. \xef\x83\x9c Develop procedures to ensure physical safety of occupants, employees and visitors. \xef\x83\x9c Maintain relationships with local police and state law enforcement and other related government agencies. \xef\x83\x9c Develop emergency procedures and incident responses. \xef\x83\x9c Analysis potential Threat and weak points\xe2\x80\x99 analysis. \xef\x83\x9c Provision for controlled and monitored site evacuation. \xef\x83\x9c Develop suitable Security intelligence network to gather and collate information related to the activities of the Occupants and their employees, visitors / customers, public in surrounding area and take proactive measures to curb possible threat to security of the building and its occupants. \xef\x83\x9c Ensure all Security related Equipment\xe2\x80\x99s including electronic surveillance system are in place and operational so as to prevent occurrence of theft, sabotage, accident etc. \xef\x83\x9c Ensure continuous surveillance on the activities of the Occupants, Visitors etc. in order to pre-empt / curb any incident of pilferage / accidents and control nefarious activities in and around the buildings. \xef\x83\x9c Ensure regular training of the Security personnel for enhancing their skills and sustain the standards of Security system. \xef\x83\x9c Ensuring that no encroachment take place around the Unit. \xef\x83\x9c Ensure smooth traffic in and around the Unit. \xef\x83\x9c Deployment of Security personnel\xe2\x80\x99s for different areas on the basis of technical evaluation of the competency of the security agency and the man power deployment. \xef\x83\x9c Evaluation of the security system, it\xe2\x80\x99s up-gradation and surprise checks in the unit. \xef\x83\x9c Liaison with Govt. Officials, Local Police, Local Administration, etc, to achieve harmonious relations at all locations. \xef\x83\x9c Practice firefighting drills through regular exercises, mock drills, wet drills and train security staff in their actions as part of the Unit Disaster Management Plan. Also ensure maintenance of Fire Fighting equipment and its timely demonstration to prevent/ minimize losses due to fire. Qualifications & Experience \xef\x83\x9c Graduate/Post Graduate \xef\x83\x9c Preferable Ex Army Commissioned Officer. \xef\x83\x9c 12 \xe2\x80\x93 15years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of working. \xef\x83\x9c knowledge in entire process for security administration \xef\x83\x9c Exposure to Crisis management / Risk mitigation Personal Traits & Competencies \xef\x83\x9c Strong administrative ability \xef\x83\x9c High Customer orientation \xef\x83\x9c Systems & process orientation \xef\x83\x9c Good interpersonal & communication skills \xef\x83\x9c Self-driven \xef\x83\x9c Excellent leadership skills to manage teams \xef\x83\x9c Disciplined Age : 35 \xe2\x80\x93 45Year
