Position: Chief Security OfficerLocation: Jharsuguda, OdishaCompany Overview: Leading producer of Sponge Iron, Billets, TMT Bars, and Power with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.: Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the company's assets, employees, and visitors. Develop and implement security policies and procedures, manage a team of security personnel, and collaborate with other departments for a safe working environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential threats.
• Monitor and analyze security systems.
• Manage and train security personnel.
• Collaborate with other departments.
• Conduct investigations and recommend improvements.
• Maintain relationships with law enforcement.
• Manage the security budget.
• Implement new security technologies.
• Prepare security reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10-15 years of experience in security management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Armed forces or Central Police/Military Force experience highly desirable.
• Knowledge of security protocols and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Quick decision-making and emergency handling.
• Proficient in security systems and software.
• Strong communication and report writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible hours and on-call availability.
