Overall responsible for Plant & township Security, Watch & Warding, Vigilance, movement controlling. Responsible for the physical security, protection services and privacy of the plant and its employees. Planning & managing security staff and their deployment Liasioning with police, government agencies, local administration. Contract security controlling, on site and off site planning. To work in coordination with all departments and segments to develop and implement security plans and policies. Evaluating and overseeing the installation of security systems, including alarm systems and video surveillance, CCTV Overseeing the investigation of security breaches and security-related incidents, and assisting with the disciplinary and legal matters that arise from those incidents Responsible for employee training and education in security-related matters. To manage the budget and financial management of the security department, and develops and manages relationships with law enforcement. In addition to protecting the company\'s physical assets, he has to work CSO\'s generally work closely with risk management and safety departments as well, to ensure that employees are safe and secure while working. Carry out risk assessments and make recommendations to senior management, assessing level of risk in terms of wider issues. Qualification: Minimum Graduate with Captain or Equivalent Rank in Indian Defense Services.
