?Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement security policies and procedures for the residential society.

Oversee the daily operations of the security team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities.

Manage and maintain security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.

Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.

Investigate and report on security incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities.

Ensure compliance with relevant local and national safety regulations.

Manage the security budget and allocate resources effectively.

Develop and conduct safety and security awareness programs for residents and staff.

Implement and oversee visitor management protocols.

Coordinate security measures for community events and gatherings.

Stay updated on the latest security technologies and best practices.

Respond to emergencies and manage crisis situations as they arise.

Liaise with the society's management committee on security-related matters.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Security Management is preferable, criminal Justice, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in security management, preferably in a residential or community setting.

Strong knowledge of security operations, risk management, and emergency response procedures.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in security management software and technologies.

Valid security certification (e.g., Certified Protection Professional - CPP) is a plus.
