We create unique experiences that rely on border less talent, technology, and customized solutions under given timelines.We are urgently looking for highly skilled and experienced candidates for Chief Security & Admin Officer Diversity for our clientJob Location VisakhapatnamJob Type Full TimeExperience required 10 - 12 yearsNotice Period 30 daysFemale candidates are preferredProven leadership with 10-12 years of experience in Industrial SecurityDrive and maintain security processes, practices and policies in line with organizations guidelines, to reduce and mitigate security and other probable risks along with ensuring adequate response to incidents and events.Ensure compliance and security assurance through periodic reviews/audits & investigate security breaches, fraud cases and any such incidents.Ensure continuous monitoring, review and reporting of security risks based on the effectiveness of controls to reduce exposure to the company and business operations.Develop intelligence network across peripheral areas in order to get prior information with respect to any coercive action by any insurgent group.Technology driven surveillance and vigilance system as a step further for process improvement.Lead the business partner team effectively, develop and implement security manual processes and systems to achieve effective security around the plant.Manage office facilities and infrastructure for a safe and efficient working environment.Introduce digital tools for enhanced ways of working and data driven decision making.Qualification & KnowledgeQualification: Graduation (CPP, PSP, NCC C certificate holders will be preferred)50% marks allowed in 10th, 12th and Graduation for Security Personnel
