We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead our client sales team and drive revenue growth for Our Client. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Steel Managed Services sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to capitalize on market opportunities.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and expand our client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform strategic decision-making.
• Analyze sales performance metrics, generate reports, and present findings to senior leadership.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a successful sales leader in the industry.
• Strong understanding of technology solutions and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies, resulting in revenue growth.
