Job Title: Chief Sales Officer (CSO)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth across our Training, Counselling, Consulting, and CSR divisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and leading high-performing sales teams, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth across Training, Counselling, Consulting, and CSR divisions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
- Build, lead, and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales talent to ensure a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
4. Revenue Growth and Forecasting:
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth across Training, Counselling, Consulting, and CSR divisions.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
5. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and delivery teams, to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, to drive business outcomes and revenue growth.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 8 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
3. Experience leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
4. Strong knowledge of sales strategies, tactics, and best practices.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Nice to Have:
1. MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field.
3. Experience working in the training, counselling, consulting, and CSR industries.
4. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?60,000.00 per month
