Position: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive revenue generation strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure peak performance.

Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives to drive revenue growth.

Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to foster loyalty and long-term business growth.

Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of revenue strategies and initiatives, and adjust tactics as needed.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and develop strategies to capitalize on market dynamics.

Product Development: Work closely with the product development team to ensure that products meet market demands and drive revenue growth.

Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for revenue-related activities, ensuring alignment with overall company financial goals.

Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment across departments, ensuring alignment and effective communication between sales, marketing, product development, and operations.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in the sports industry, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing sales and marketing teams.

Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute complex revenue strategies.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics within the sports industry.

Financial Acumen: Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Passion for Sports: A genuine passion for sports, particularly pickleball, and a deep understanding of the industry and its trends.
