Real-Time Reinforcement : Recognize individuals who embrace new mindsets, and promptly help those struggling by offering additional training or simplified workflows.
3. Mentoring & Entrepreneurship Capability Mentorship Training : Develop clear guidelines and training programs for faculty and staff to become effective mentors for startups, student entrepreneurs, and AI initiatives.
Entrepreneurship Boot Camps & Hackathons : Collaborate with the CEO NLB to organize practical events that immerse participants in entrepreneurship, ensuring these initiatives translate into measurable skill growth and startup success.
4. SOP & Workflow Adoption Hands-On Demonstrations : Once SOPs are documented by clerical support, run small-group demos to ensure everyone understands the steps.
Immediate Adjustments : Gather feedback and refine SOPs to eliminate confusion, reduce redundancy, and ensure smooth operationalization.
5. Performance Tracking & Iterative Improvements Competency Dashboards : Create simple, visual metrics to track skill acquisition, AI tool usage, and entrepreneurial engagements, updating progress monthly.
Iterative Refinement : If certain trainings or interventions are not effective, revise them promptly based on feedback and observed outcomes.
6. Two-Year Human Capital Transformation Structured Timeline & Milestones : Break down the two-year transformation goals into skill development targets at quarterly intervals. Evaluate progress regularly and adjust training strategies to maintain pace.
