Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operational strategies and drive efficiency in our travel and tourism operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing largescale operations, optimizing processes, and enhancing customer experiences within the travel sector.

Key Responsibilities:

u Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

u Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to enhance operational performance and achieve growth targets.

u Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning to ensure profitability and sustainability.

u Team Development: Lead, mentor, and build a highperforming operational team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

u Customer Experience: Enhance customer satisfaction by implementing best practices in service delivery and operational efficiency.

u Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, suppliers, and stakeholders in the travel industry.

u Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.

Qualifications:

u Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

u Minimum of 10 yearsof experience in a senior operational role within the travel and tourism industry.

u Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences.

u Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans effectively.

u Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

u Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.

u Strong problemsolving skills and a resultsoriented mindset.
