Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

- Assist CEO in fundraising ventures

- Lead and manage the overall operations of the real estate company, ensuring alignment with the organizational goals and strategies.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee the daily activities of various departments, including property management, leasing, construction, and facilities.
- Work closely with the CFO to manage and optimize the company\'s financial performance.
- Monitor budgetary compliance and financial metrics to ensure profitability.
- Implement financial controls and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company\'s strategic plan.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, cost reduction, and process improvement.
- Evaluate market trends and competitive landscape to make informed business decisions.
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the operational teams.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the organization.
- Identify talent needs and participate in recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Address client concerns promptly and work to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company in industry events and forums.
- Evaluate and implement technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role .
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc .
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development .
- Experience in fundraising will be a plus .
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics .
- Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office .
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities .
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills .
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving .
