About this Job: This person will be responsible for Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities and generate growth strategy across the Unit. Accordingly Plan, conceptualize and implement Sales and Business Development strategies Roles and Responsibilities : Will be responsible for P&L Of Real Estate Business and across projects.. Responsible for P&L - Sales, Marketing, Land Acquisition, Customer Service, Facility, Liasoning with Government for Approvals, Project Management, Execution, Legal Formalities for the Purchasers till handover. Responsible for Execution of projects, Projects monitoring - Engineering, Contracts, Tendering, Procurement, Planning & Budgeting, Cost Monitoring, Product quality, Safety etc. (in coordination with the central corporate team) Responsible for supporting successful delivery of projects on time and within cost. Responsibilities include business development, team building, customer relationship etc Assist the Board of Directors in setting strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance its market share, profitability and return on investment. Would also include execution- including selection and management of Architects, Consultants, Vendors and Co-ordination for project approvals with statutory authorities in coordination with the central corporate team. Plan and direct the operational priorities, goals, policies, practices and initiatives in accordance with the goals and strategic direction set by the Central Corporate team. Job Requirement: Should be Effective leader and a team player. Must have 6+ years Experience in Real Estate industry Superior negotiation skills and ability to work in complex environment, with extensive experience in devising operational strategies. Excellent Team handling handling skills Ability to interface effectively at all levels in the organization Proven business development, sales, or marketing experience Strong business acumen.
