Objective:
1. Leading a cross functional business operation comprising of planning, operations, logistics, warehouse and inventory management and people management
2. Being the key interface between the company and its key stakeholders (clients, suppliers, employees)
3. Building new business verticals in allied areas and consolidating on the existing ones
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Planning a highly efficient deployment of resources - hardware, software and technical team
2. Ensuring a highly efficient warehouse and IT enabled inventory management operation at a large centralized warehouse comprising of highly sophisticated equipment
3. Scaling up the organization with talented people across cross functional areas including broadcast engineering, HR, Logistics, Planning, Business Development
4. Overseeing departmental heads to ensure cross functional operational integration and efficiency
5. Serving as the SPOC between the company and its clients at the management level
6. Strategic thinking in order to ensure entry of the company into new business verticals which are aligned with the company\'s existing skillsets
7. Increasing dramatically the client base of the company in its existing area of work
8. Maintaining continuous high motivation levels at all staffing positions within the company
9. Solving problems and issues with venue related teams
10. Supporting BD initiatives from an operational viewpoint including new opportunities like responses to tenders, RFPs.
Key Performance Indicators:
1. Reduced breakage/ware and tear of equipment
2. Reduced operational expenditure of equipment maintenance related activities
3. Building an independent P&L comprising of new clients in the existing verticals
4. Ensuring an efficient end-to-end project life cycle
5. Ensuring employees are evaluated based on the performance management system regularly
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should be experienced in the above mentioned KRAs with a proven track-record in project management, operations and supply chain management leadership. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. The candidate must have exceptional relationship skills.
