COO for an Edtech Client

Job-profile of the CXO position:

- The CXO will be expected to conceptualize the annual business plan approved by the board of directors and shareholders. Will be responsible for driving the company\'s growth by understanding the potential of its products, existing customers, and the market.

- Gathering and analyzing inputs from both internal and external sources, using scientific principles such as feedback, NPS score, analytics, and other relevant metrics. By leveraging these insights, the CXO will help the team build confidence among customers and within the organization itself.

- The CXO will also be responsible for delivering results primarily in the following four areas: customer satisfaction, market share, revenue, and profit.

- Overall, the CXO should be a well-rounded leader who possesses a broad range of skills. They should be able to drive growth, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and maintain high ethical standards while keeping a keen eye on market trends and changes.

The leading skills that the company is looking for in the CXO are:

1. Leading skills: The CXO should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.

Desired Skill Set:

1) 15 + years of experience of which minimum 4 years in the top management level & in business development, preferably with an Edtech ( ERP / Learning contents etc- target audience school and students).

2) MBA in Marketing or related fields from an institute of repute

3) Preferred : from IT Sales Background/ Corporate Sales / Institutional Sales/Service Industry
