JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Overseeing and improving daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the hospital.

2.Leading and managing various departments, including marketing, clinical, support functions, and medical/paramedical staff.

3.Monitoring budgets, forecasts, and operational plans to maximize revenue generation and ensure profitability.

4.Implementing processes and methods to ensure quality patient care.

5.Managing all medico-legal cases.

6.Building and maintaining trusting relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, staff, and partners.

QUALIFICATIO & EXPERIENCE

MBA or a Master of Health Administration (MHA)

12-15 Years of experience in a healthcare administration role preferred.
