Position: Chief Operating Officer for Sonoscan Malda (Hospital Division)

Qualification: MBA / MD Hospital Administration with specialization in Healthcare Operations from any of the leading business schools in India.

Experience: Direct work experience in managing operations (especially in the below mentioned job functions) for atleast 5 years in Hospital Services sector.

Remuneration: Higher than Market Median for suitable candidate.

Job Functions:

Supervise daily operations of hospital division of our Organization, to maintain & improve workflow and quality of existing services.

Continuous methodical analysis of present situation, taking steps in implementation, modification & monitoring of robust workflow protocols to deliver best quality services in fastest possible time.

Faster patient turnaround time (TAT) and optimized utilization of resources.

Ensuring measurable improvement in patient satisfaction.

Monitoring of all regulatory processes, quality control & improving quality in all operational stages.

ABOUT US

One of the largest healthcare organization providing Diagnostic and Multispeciality Outdoor Services to the people of different areas of West Bengal ( Kolkata , Malda & Balurghat) for more than 30 years.

This is for information that we are providing Indoor services with capacity of 100 beds under the name of Sonoscan Hospital at Malda. The hospital is equipped with ultramodern O.T for Neurosurgery & Orthopaedic Surgery, Critical Care Unit, E.N.T surgery and Dialysis.

Furthur to inform that all our centres at Kolkata , Malda & Balurghat have the Department of Radiology, Pathology & other different diagnostic services. All of these centres are having NABL Accredited State-of-the-Art Laboratory & also recognized as Class-1 Diagnostic centre by Govt. Of West Bengal in W.B.H.S(2008). In addition to existing branches at Kolkata, Malda & Balurghat , Sonoscan is also opening a new branch shortly at Gangarampur, Dakshin Dinajpur District .
