Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our rapidly growing EdTech company. The COO will oversee daily operations, optimize business processes, and ensure efficient and scalable systems to support our growth in the education technology sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in operations within the EdTech industry, a deep understanding of educational technologies, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategy aligned with the company's vision, mission, and goals.

• Provide leadership across departments to ensure alignment and achievement of objectives.

• Streamline business processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and support scalability.

• Mentor and manage the operations team, fostering professional growth and performance.

• Collaborate with executives and department heads to ensure alignment on company-wide initiatives.

• Oversee the integration of EdTech solutions and learning platforms for seamless service delivery.

• Work with product development teams to ensure smooth launch and scaling of new technologies.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions for operational improvement.

• Ensure operational compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and cost control measures.

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiencies to improve profitability.

Qualifications

Education:

• Masters' degree in Business Administration, Education Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management within the EdTech sector.

• Proven track record of leading operations at a fast-growing EdTech company or similar technology-driven business.

• Strong understanding of educational technologies, online learning platforms, and the EdTech market.

Skills:

• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex operational challenges.

• Software Knowledge: Familiarity with EdTech platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), CRM, and project management tools.
