Job Description


  • Operational Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards. This involves managing various departments such as human resources, finance, marketing, and operations to optimize processes and maximize productivity.
  • Financial Management:
Manage the organization's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize resource allocation and drive profitability while maintaining financial stability.
  • Business Development:
Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion, partnerships, and strategic alliances. This may involve negotiating contracts, forging relationships with stakeholders, and exploring new markets or service lines to enhance the organization's offerings.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Ensure that all operations and services meet regulatory requirements and industry standards for quality, safety, and compliance. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives to mitigate risks and enhance patient/client satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to department heads and staff to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Mentor and develop talent within the organization to build a high-performing team capable of achieving strategic objectives.
  • Technology and Innovation:
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the health and wellness industry and leverage them to enhance operational efficiency, improve patient/client outcomes, and drive innovation within the organization.
  • Community Engagement and Advocacy:
Represent the organization in the community and engage with stakeholders, including patients/clients, healthcare professionals, policymakers, and advocacy groups. Advocate for issues relevant to health and wellness and promote the organization's mission and values.
  • Performance Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure organizational performance and effectiveness. Monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and achieve strategic goals.
  • Crisis Management and Risk Mitigation:
Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the organization's operations, reputation, and financial health. Respond effectively to crises and unforeseen challenges to minimize disruption and protect the organization's interests.Required Background, Experience and Skills: -
  • Overall, 30 years of experience in business operations and transformation. Minimum 10 years in a directorial leadership role driving business transformation initiatives and working in a cross functional team environment (CFT) in a large sized B2C service or B2C Tech organization.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, organizational dynamics, and change management principles.
  • Strong business planning and operations management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and implementing transformative change initiatives.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
