• A top management executive with good business /commercial acumen and innovative thinking.
• Should have considerable quality experience in Leadership position of Luxury Life Style brands
• Should be a Masters in Management in Marketing/Finance/Operations from Tier 1 Business Schools
• Age 45 50 years
• Should have experience handling a turnover of 600 Cr with P&L responsibility
• Should have had experience in Managing Finance, operations, SCM, Sales & Marketing in Luxury Retail Industry.
• Should have a passion for growth through innovative ideas.
• Should have a strong customer centric approach to decision making
• Should have experience to store and e-commerce-based sales.
• Should have good understanding and experience with marketing and promotional tools and concepts used in both platforms.
• Should have good knowledge of the various components and concepts in developing and freezing yearly financial budgets
• Should have the ability to lead functional. Operational heads in achieving the overall business objectives of the organization.
• Should have good experience managing the stakeholders and the Board.
• Strong in relationship sales, need identification, positioning it effectively with respect to competitors
• Analytical approach to spot problems, solve them proactively and prompt in communicating among the stakeholders within the company.
• Commercial acumen to look for opportunities to improve revenues and profitability
• Should be willing to work out of Coimbatore
