Chief Operating Officer (COO)Our client is a dynamic cash flow credit company dedicated to empowering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by providing working capital lines for inventory purchases. Their innovative technology offers a user-friendly, cost-effective solution that allows businesses of all sizes to boost their cash flow by leveraging credit against their cash reserves.Position: Chief Operating OfficerLocation - Noida / Delhi NCRObjectives of this Role:- Work with the Credit Operations teams and ensure quick and diligent action for all our customers- Ensure on ground activities are in sync with the organisational plan and help execute the plan for each brand we work with- Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs- Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning- Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are metDaily and Monthly Responsibilities:- Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement- Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO- Monitor performance as needed- Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholdersSkills and Qualifications:- Master\'s degree in business administration, or related field- 8+ years experience in executive leadership positions- Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity- Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues- A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics- Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
