Responsibilities:

Investor Relations:

Maintain consistent communication with existing investors, ensuring they are informed of organizational progress. Develop and sustain relationships with Observers and Scribes of all existing investors, focusing on reporting and analysis. Keep potential new investors updated on company growth to facilitate future investments. Coordinate with bankers and legal partners during fundraising to manage documentation and protect founder interests.

New Fundraising and M&A Opportunities:

Handle tasks related to fundraising and M&A opportunities, including data compilation for due diligence. Conduct market analysis to monitor competitors, industry multiples, and new feature launches.

Strategic Partnerships:

Engage in 'hunting' for potential partners through investor and founder connections. Meet with potential partners, understand their requirements, and negotiate commercial terms. Pitch company services to partners, exploring revenue-generating opportunities. Conduct regular standups with partners to monitor progress and ensure mutual understanding.

Project Management:

Oversee Salesforce/any other new initiative deployment and data clean-up projects, demonstrating an understanding of business operations and data management. Independently drive projects to closure with minimal support from Heads of Departments (HODs).

Performance Analytics and Reporting:

Update and report MIS monthly, including commentary on progress, key metrics, financial metrics, compliance updates, litigations, and enterprise launches. Create and present Board Decks for review by the founders, attend Board Meetings, and document minutes. Develop necessary corporate and funding decks for fundraising and corporate development. Build business models, Annual Operating Plans (AOP), and projections.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Investor relations/Strategic partnerships/ Chief of Staff Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Experience in health tech or related industries is a plus
