Chief of Staff to Founders
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and versatile Chief of Staff to support the founders in managing and growing the business. This role demands a 360-degree approach, where you will be deeply involved in all aspects of the company--from sales (B2B and B2C) to operations, procurement, production, and office management. As a right-hand to the founders, you will be pivotal in ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Support:
• Serve as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the founders on strategic decisions.
• Work closely with the founders to set priorities, manage timelines, and execute critical projects.
• Act as a liaison between the founders and various teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Sales & Business Development:
• Drive B2B sales efforts by identifying, engaging, and nurturing key partnerships.
• Oversee B2C sales strategies, including customer acquisition, retention, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales teams to meet revenue targets and identify new growth opportunities.
• Operations & Office Management:
• Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee procurement and inventory management for production and office supplies.
• Streamline workflows and establish processes to improve organizational efficiency.
• Production Oversight:
• Work with production teams to ensure timely and quality output.
• Address bottlenecks in the production process and coordinate solutions.
• Project Management:
• Lead and execute special projects as directed by the founders.
• Track progress, monitor deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Problem-Solving & Multitasking:
• Address ad-hoc challenges that arise across departments.
• Take ownership of tasks and initiatives outside of predefined responsibilities as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Eager to work in a multi-faceted business role, such as operations, business development, or project management.
• Demonstrated success in driving B2B and B2C sales initiatives.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and work hands-on across different business functions.
Preferred Experience:
• Background in startups or high-growth companies.
• Familiarity with sales, brand- building, operational processes

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
