Job Requirements
The Chief of Staff in the Office of the CFO serves as a key advisor and strategic partner to the CFO, ensuring that his time, attention and resources are focused on the most critical issues. This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the executive office, driving the executive's agenda, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring effective communication between the CFO and the organization. The Chief of Staff will also oversee special projects, manage executive priorities, and represent the CFO in high-level meetings, if required.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Planning & Execution:
Collaborate with the CFO and his team to develop and implement the department's strategic initiatives.
Monitor progress on strategic goals and projects, ensuring alignment with the CFO's vision.
Identify and prioritize critical issues requiring attention.
2.Operational Management:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the CFO Office, including scheduling, communications, and administrative support.
Coordinate with senior leadership to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents for executive meetings.
3.Cross-Functional Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between the CFO and other executives, departments, and external stakeholders.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across the organization to achieve company objectives.
Ensure that the CFO is briefed on relevant developments, industry trends, and potential opportunities.
4.Project Management:
Lead special projects on behalf of the CFO, from concept to completion.
Track project milestones, manage resources, and report on progress.
Ensure timely delivery of key initiatives and their alignment with organizational goals.
5.Executive Communications:
Draft and review communications for the CFO, including speeches, presentations, and internal memos.
Prepare agendas, minutes, and action items for executive meetings.
Represent the CFO in meetings and events when necessary, ensuring consistent messaging.
6.Advisory Role:
Provide insights and recommendations to the CFO based on research, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
Act as a sounding board for the CFO, offering objective opinions on key decisions.
Anticipate challenges and propose solutions to support the CFO's leadership.
7.Team Leadership & Development:
Supervise and mentor executive assistants and other staff in the CFO Office.
Foster a high-performance culture within the team, promoting continuous improvement and professional development.

Work Experience
Qualifications:
Highest education gradate from top MBA school or CA
30+ years of experience in finance, consulting, with exposure to strategic financial panning
