key responsibilities-
• Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings to optimize time.
• Screen emails, calls, and correspondence, responding on behalf of the CEO when necessary.
• Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Maintain staff/employee files in CEO's office and assist with new Executive onboarding.
Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
Conduct research and provide insights to aid decision-making.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Plan and organize executive meetings, team offsites, and business events.
Take detailed meeting minutes and follow up on action items
Being professional in dealing with diverse groups of people
Maintaining a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Work closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
Provide "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and staff.
Working days - 6 days in a week
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Open to travel in all areas of Mumbai
2-6 years in an executive assistant
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
KEY SKILLS-
Knowledge of management
Familiarity with project management tools
Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
