Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive Chief of Staff to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone starting their career to work closely with senior leadership, learn about business operations, and gradually take on more responsibility. You will assist with day-to-day office management tasks while learning to oversee projects, manage priorities, and coordinate efforts across teams.
As you develop in this role, you will gain exposure to strategic decision-making processes and help streamline business operations, becoming an integral part of the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
• Assist senior executives, especially the CEO, with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel.
• Manage office communications, including answering direct phone line, handling emails, and greeting visitors.
• Help prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting agendas as needed.
Business Management:
• Support daily operations, including key Direct report deliverables and strategic vendor relationships.
• Get involved and drive Departmental projects with department Heads.
• Organize and maintain office files, ensuring information is accessible and up to date.
• Assist in coordinating company meetings, events, and team activities.
Learning & Development:
• Work closely with senior leaders to understand the office's workflow, gaining insight into project management and strategic planning.
• Shadow the CEO and other executives to learn how to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and make data-driven decisions.
• Participate in internal meetings to learn about cross-departmental coordination and communication.
Project Coordination (as you grow into the role):
• Assist in tracking project progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with different departments to help manage initiatives and maintain alignment with company goals.
• Provide support for special projects or initiatives as directed by the leadership team.
Key Qualifications:Experience:
• No prior experience required, but internship experience in administration, project management, or office coordination is a plus.
Skills:
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong executive presence and presentation skills
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on more responsibility over time.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Education:
• Masters degree in Business Administration, with specialization in Finance, Marketing or IT from a reputed Business school.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.
• Interest in gaining experience in project management, office administration, and business operations.
