We are hiring Logistics Manager, (from Real Estate Industry)

Job Title: Logistics Manager,

Full job description: The Logistics Manager should be an individual go getter with excellent communication skills will be involved in Field sales, agent sales activities, providing quotation in coordination with various partners. Reports related to freight forwarding, In hand business.

Key Responsibilities:

Transport Operations Planning & Management:

Ensure seamless operations across clusters and manage & monitor overall P&L and operations for the cluster.

Drive cluster performance, quality & expansion and also manage ground & network operations, network capacity utilization, network cost.

Drive business partner development and evaluation, ensure cost optimization, and support in driving regional/national projects.

Ensure SID & stocks management / PI , Quality management.

Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements.

Drive zonal/regional projects related to network & ground operations and expansion.

Policies, Processes & Procedures:

Drive review of current processes and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to implement process improvements.

Ensure adherence of policies, process, systems and SLA's and monitor customer complaints, conducts root cause analysis and provide solution to enhance customer level satisfaction.

People Management:

Lead, manage & motivate the team; provide functional guidance and training.

Constantly review and evaluate the performance of team, service providers and give feedback and plans for improvement.

Experience: 3-4 Years
