Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Experience: 10+ years in Marketing in Senior role, preferably with experience in e-commerce and D2C channels

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts and drive sales through our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) website. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and brand management. As the CMO, you will be responsible for the P&L of the D2C business unit, developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals, and expanding our customer base. You will also oversee the marketing of our private label dental brands through online channels and coordinate with other e-commerce marketplaces.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field along with an MBA.
• 10+ years of experience in marketing in a senior role, with a significant focus on e-commerce and D2C channels.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing P&L.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, and social media platforms.
