Location-Mumbai (borivali)Are you a seasoned professional in the life insurance industry in Agency Channel with a passion for training and development? We\'re seeking a skilled Life Insurance Trainer with over 8 years of experience to join our team.Your future Employer: A leading Life Insurance Company.Responsibilities: * Conducting comprehensive training sessions on life insurance products, sales techniques, and customer service.

  • Developing engaging training materials including presentations, manuals, and interactive activities.
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to new and existing insurance agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed to meet performance goals.
Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in the life insurance industry with a strong understanding of sales and training methodologies.
  • Experience working as a Trainer in any channel-AAP/APC/Agency/Banca in Life Insurance Industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices.
