Liable for Sales and marketing of a particular region for all segments: dealers, projects, industry, Govt customers/ tenders, contractors, consultants, etc
Responsible for budget allocation at the beginning of the year to the team, improve market share, contribution and ensure presence in all the relevant sectors
Participate in promotional activities like seminars, exhibitions and approvals
Liaison with key people in the industry and customer relationship management (CRM)
Accountable for tracking the competition and their activities & track market trends and new policies
Responsible for market mapping (segment wise)
Involve in receivables management
New product & Market development
Responsible for key Account Management (KAM)
Responsible for top line (achieving sales target) as well as bottom line growth (deciding prices)
Train, develop and build relevant competencies among team, create conducive environment enabling team to rise up to expectations and work on succession planning.
