Job Responsibilities:- To drive her/his team of Sales Managers to complete business targets.- To drive her/his team of Sales Managers to complete business targets- Visiting banks, maintaining strong relations with RO's and Zonal Managers in order to generate maximum business- Generating Affinity leads by association with various PSUs and Cooperative Banks- Handling a team of 6 to 7 Sales Managers- To ensure more market penetration in order to Generate more business.- Support/Clear the path for Sales managers to complete their Rural Policy targets.- Training and team development.Requirements :- Candidates with prior non BFSI experience will be preferred- Candidates with team management experience are desirable- Other Skills: Good command on English, MS-Excel, Excellent presentation skills, Relationship Management & People management.
