Job Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chemical Engineer with expertise in crystallization processes. The incumbent will play a crucial role in optimizing and improving crystallization processes across various projects within the organization. They will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative crystallization techniques to enhance product quality, yield, and efficiency. Key Stakeholders : Internal India API technical Lead, Site Head Reporting Structure : Role reports to Senior Director - R&D Key Competencies :

• In-depth knowledge of crystallization principles, techniques, and equipment, including batch and continuous crystallization methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify process optimization opportunities.
