Job Overview IT Infra and InfoSec Delivery Lead Role is to work closely with PPS India and UK Sites for developing and implementing IT Infrastructure & information Security initiatives to ensure business / Site continuity. This role would be responsible for IT delivery and program management for India Sites & Program management for UK sites.


Key Stakeholders: Internal India and UK Site IT Leads, Group IT Team (Infrastructure, Information Security)
Key Stakeholders: External Vendors / Partners (Tier 1,2, Startup ecosystem etc.)


Reporting Structure Reporting to: Regional IT Infra Lead / CIO, PPS
Team: Direct Reports - 1-2 Contractual staff


Experience

At least 10-12 years' experience in the industry out of which at least 3-7 years' experience of leading
significant IT services & delivery in a medium or large global pharma organizations
Key Responsibilities Strategy & Innovation


• Proactively recommend IT Solutions to Site IT team(s) considering industry trends by bringing outside-in perspective
• Push the bar in technology innovation to create user-friendly technologies offering great employee experience
• As a Business Partner, to identify opportunities for differentiated technology capabilities and solutions. Acts as a change agent in accelerating the changes to ensure Site continuity

Enable Business Growth


• Driving IT Infrastructure readiness plans for Major IT Strategic projects across manufacturing Site(s).
• Lead IT operational planning and implementation to help achieve Site goals by prioritizing IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment of current and future IT systems.
• Coordinate and facilitate consultation with relevant Site and IT stakeholders for new technology implementations

Planning and Execution


• Partner with various site and Corporate IT teams to manage the project portfolio as they relate to the selection, Acquisition, development, and implementation of major IT Infrastructure and InfoSec projects

Compliance & Information Security


• Collaborate with Piramal Quality e-Compliance (QeC) team and ensure Quality Compliance as per defined SOPs and guidelines in accordance with 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP guidelines
• Collaborate with Information Security team and ensure adherence to Information Security guidelines and processes.

Skills and Abilities


• Exceptional inter-personal skills enabling engagement with Sites, Corporate IT and external partners
• Data Integrity champion for corporate IT, ensure DI training in respective functions as per SOP on Data integrity. Support DI Assessment, Risks identification, CAPAs related to IT applications & report any Data integrity breaches.
• Preferred experience in various Infrastructure like Server, Operating Systems, Virtualization, Cloud, Backup, Networking etc.
