Cheif Manager, Data Analytics & Controls, Fraud Prevention & Control Update

Job Summary:

Act as a catalyst in driving controls through continuous proactive identification of frauds & process/ system gaps across functions including Sales, Operations, Underwriting, Policy Owner Services & Claims.
Provide assurance to the Management by enabling business teams in driving culture of ethical sales and improved business quality by providing independent assurance through sample testing leading to improvement in control environment.
Manage Continuous Transaction Assurance Program to test effectiveness of mortality controls through selection and review of high risks manually underwritten business cohorts and manually decided claims.
Lead data analytics to develop and test high risk transactions using advanced data analytical tools & query languages to proactively detect mortality and market frauds and process violations.
Desing, develop and maintain critical key Dashboards, MIS of FPCU for Senior Management.
Guide, mentor and develop data analytics team members.
Assist Head FPCU in various data analytics related tasks.
