Key Stakeholders: Internal TSD , Engineering, Production , EHS , Administration, Quality and other cross functional stakeholders
Key Stakeholders: External Customers, Regulatory and Government authorities


Reporting Structure Directly reports to Deputy General Manager Human Resources


Positions that report into this role: 3 to 4 Members (including off roles)


Experience 15+ years of experience in overall functions of Human Resources and HR Compliances

Skills Required:

Candidates should have good experience in HR system and leading a team.


Good communication and negotiation skill


Interpersonal skills


Good presentations and public speaking skills
