  • Driving Sales discipline & Choreography
  • Responsible for driving Sales Excellence & choreography for all mapped verticals
  • MMR 1 & 2 - Br Banking
  • All other SV verticals for MMR
  • Driving adherence of Morning Huddle, Branch Visits, RM & CM Check out calls, Goal Setting as per the given standards
  • Driving defined Input Metrix
  • Driving Execution quality & adherence to laid down process
  • Driving Output parameters - Associates Meeting Plan & Earning Incentives
  • Responsible for driving parameters of Associates Earning Incentives & Meeting Goal Sheet.
  • Measure of Success
  • Managing Sales Choreography to impact quality parameters like LCR%, Input funnel & related key metrics
  • Achievement of other Key Sales Excellence objectives of mapped channels.

  • Minimum Experience
  • 10- 12 years of total experience
  • MBA /Post Graduate/Graduate
  • Excellent skills in managing cross functional team

  • Understanding of excel, power point, IT tools/automation techniques

  • Providing thought leadership in designing and recommending appropriate analytical approaches
  • Responsible for continuous planning , executing and monitoring channel specific objective resulting in topline, market share and operation efficiency to address key issues within the business
  • Driving data driven decision making: analyze data base, create formal reports, presentations in collaborations with the business heads for formulation of decisions and strategies.
  • Responsible for measuring the channel\'s internal teams performance , weighing it against the KPIs , ensuring identification of areas of improvement and ensuring crucial initiatives for the strategic development of the business
  • Ensuring governance rhythm, Reviews, Planning decks, In sighting decks ,Ideation and OA strategy, Dashboard, Trackers, update , Data cuts
  • Ensuring filed support to regions, segments and Circles - Available for one on one connect till AH level, ensuing support, inputs to drive business on the ground
  • Program Management
  • Sales Promotion activities . Ensuing planning and end execution of the initiatives
  • Data and information management- Ensuring all kinds of dashboards for insightful qualitative analyses. Development work plans , gathering and generation of relevant data , driving analysis and development of actionable recommendations
  • Cross -functional alignment: Ensuring internal departments involvement and support from Business planning team, Finance, Marketing, Operations to ensure channel partner and internal team receives highest standard of support for their requirements
  • Liaisons for Training and Development activities for the channel
  • Product promotions and management
  • Profitability and revenue management
  • Project and new initiatives
