\xef\x82\xb7 Strategic Brand Management & Corporate Branding
\xef\x82\xb7 Increase Saliency of the brand
\xef\x82\xb7 Employer Branding\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate branding strategy
that supports the organization mission and objectives.
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage and direct the communication team to ensure consistent
messaging across all internal and external communications, including
public relations/media communications and social media.
\xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with the PR team to build messaging strategies to
develop PR plan, generate storylines, local media contact in supporting
to marketing campaigns.
\xef\x82\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, HR, and
Legal and all SBUs to ensure consistent communication across the
organization.
\xef\x82\xb7 Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to
continuously improve communication strategies.
\xef\x82\xb7 Partner with the D&I Team on all matters related to diversity and
inclusion.
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
\xef\x82\xb7 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR/Bespoke properties)
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage and direct CSR programs, including philanthropy, community
outreach, and sustainability initiatives.
\xef\x82\xb7 Raise awareness of the company\xe2\x80\x99s social responsibility commitments
through marketing and communication
Brand Strategy:
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and implement a branding strategy that aligns with the
organisation\xe2\x80\x99s mission and values.
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage and direct brand development and deployment across all
communication channels, including social media.
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop a strong brand voice and maintain brand integrity across all
platforms of communication.Classification: InternalMonitor and review brand health and support the execution of brand
management programs.
\xef\x82\xb7 Managing and reviewing the Brand Architecture, for company
Undertaking projects/initiatives, basis insights from Brand Tracks & drive
improvement in key parameters.
\xef\x82\xb7 Creation of other key brand assets and the brand key.
Events:
\xef\x82\xb7 Manage and direct external events, including conferences, tradeshows,
and other industry events and internal communication efforts, including
employee newsletters, town hall meetings, and other internal events.
Employer Branding:
\xef\x82\xb7 Should be skilled in crafting compelling brand narratives and
implementing cohesive visual identities.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in driving employee satisfaction, attracting top talent, and
delivering impactful campaigns.
\xef\x82\xb7 Communicate and work closely with business leaders, employees, and
talent acquisition to ensure true understanding of corporate culture and
what it means to their business, the overall organisation, and our
audience.
\xef\x82\xb7 Partner with all areas of Human Resources including Organizational
Effectiveness HR Programs, Talent Acquisition and Employee Events in
the spirit of fostering a best-in-class culture in line with mission, vision
and values.
