For more details visit: www.iserveu.in : The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) is a senior-level management position responsible for overseeing an organization's information security. The CISO will be the head of information security department. Job Brief: We're looking for a Chief Information Security Officer to lead and oversee our organization's information security program. This includes developing and implementing security policies and procedures, managing security technologies and overseeing security awareness training. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in information security, including experience with security risk management, incident response and forensics Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) Duties: Develop and implement a cybersecurity strategy aligned with fintech/ banking regulations. Ensure compliance with RBI, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST frameworks. Set and enforce compliance regulations and standards. Develop information security policies, Procedures. Oversee SOC operations, SIEM, endpoint security (EDR/XDR), and fraud detection. Lead incident response, threat intelligence, and security audits. Secure API integrations, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and payment transactions. Implement Zero Trust, IAM, MFA, and encryption-based security solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive a security-first culture. Control and document all activities performed by employees/ internal stakeholders. Monitor and continuously assess risk. Requirements Requirements And Skills: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or related field 10 years of proven experience at the highest level of information security management Proven leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities Proven ability to establish and implement information security policies and procedures Expertise in SIEM, DLP, IAM, cloud security, and fintech/ Banking risk management. Strong knowledge of cyber fraud prevention and secure transactions. Experience in security audits, compliance, vendor risk management and IT security risk assessment and mitigation. Benefits
