About the job role:

? The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will be responsible for leading and managing the organization's technology vision, strategy, and execution.

? This position plays a crucial role in shaping the IT roadmap, ensuring that technology systems and strategies align with the company's overall goals.

? The CIO will drive digital transformation initiatives, oversee the IT infrastructure, and ensure secure, reliable, and scalable technology solutions for business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing the company's IT strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives. Define and execute the company's IT roadmap, including system upgrades, integrations and new technology implementations. Leading digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience and business growth. Overseeing the management of IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity and data management. Collaborating with senior leadership to identify and prioritise technology initiatives that drive business value. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in IT governance and security. Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT department and across the organization. Managing IT budgets, resources and vendor relationships to regulate technology investments and performance

Education Qualifications:

Smart graduate from a leading school, college, University with top marks/grades/ranks. Full-time degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field - from a reputed, premier institute. Overall strong academic credentials that reflect in your persona (PG, Masters preferred) Strong interest in IT and technology industries Demonstrable experience as a CIO/CTO/IT Director or similar IT leadership roles, with 10+ years in IT management. Proven experience in managing large-scale IT operations & teams. Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and driving technology innovation in a multi-location environment, in a large organization. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data management and data protection practices. Expertise in strategic IT planning, IT governance and enterprise system management. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Required Skills, Competencies:

Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities. Proficient in cloud computing, enterprise software, and IT infrastructure management. Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and risk management. Strong communication & interpersonal skills, with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Experience managing IT budgets and resources effectively

Preferred Skills:

Relevant certification in IT management, such as Certified Information Systems Security
Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Technology Manager (CITM).

Strong business acumen with an understanding of industry trends & their implications on
technology. Ability to drive change, lead cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.

Track record of successfully implementing, scaling enterprise-wide systems and applications. In-depth knowledge of current IT technologies, systems, and tools (e.g., On-prem v/s Cloud solutions, AI, data analytics, ERP, etc.). Master's degree in IT Management, Business Administration or a related field. Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and practices. Working knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for technology in India & US.
