1. An engineering degree or relevant field.

2. 15 - 20 years of relevant experience.

Job Summary :

- The main objective of this role is to take the company to the next level in terms of its IT infrastructure, Technology adaption, Real-time information, ERP, actionable and practical MIS, data analytics, information security, digitization, etc constantly and to give the businesses a competitive edge.

Job Responsibilities :
1. Create and implement a long-term IT roadmap for the company that covers Projects, Infrastructure, Processes, and Digitization which meets both current and future needs.

2. Provide Thought Leadership in building an IT Organization that leverages People, Processes and Technology to achieve Business objectives.

3. Approve, prioritize, and control projects and project portfolios that relate to the selection, acquisition, development, and installation of major information systems.

4. Develop goals and strategies to ensure the IT department runs smoothly and effectively.

5. Monitor changes in the technology sector to discover ways the company can improve and develop.

6. Supervise the networks and computer systems in the company to ensure optimal performance.

7. Plan and direct the implementation of new IT systems.

8. Provide leadership to IT specialists and other staff within the company.

9. Create and adapt technological platforms to improve the client experience.

10. Troubleshoot data-related

Desired Profile :

1. Should have demonstrated IT strategy capabilities and IT execution capabilities.

2. Should have the ability to view the business holistically across functional units and geographical boundaries.

3. Should have implemented ERP in the past and handled large project implementations with time-bound delivery.

4. Should have Information analytics knowledge and the ability to help the company implement business Intelligence and analytics systems.

5. Should have excellent interpersonal skills and good relationships with the industry.
