- Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of business unit within the organization
- Work with the company\'s executive management team to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company.
- Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies into action
- Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits globally.

- Plan and execute HR policies related to employee engagement, perks, recognition and wellness programs with an aim to increase employee satisfaction, productivity and retention.
What we are looking for :
- 18+ years\' experience with at least 8 years in the HR Leadership role
- Education - MBA from a premier MBA Institute would be an added advantage
- Prior Experience working in Consumer Products / Consumer Durable / Retail / FMCG industries
- Experience in managing large teams and HR Transformation projects
- Strong relationship-building and influence skills. Ability to become the key trusted advisor to Stakeholders.
