Key Responsibilities * Responsible for delivering manpower budget on approximately 100 branches
Lead sourcing strategies while developing and maintaining partnerships with enablers like skill centres, job fairs etc. through online and offline employer branding activities
Maintaining constant pipeline of freshers and fulfilling experience vacancies
Ensure induction and deployment process as per company policy and existing SOPS
Devise strategies to increase employee retention through seamless onboarding experience and employee connect at regional level
Identify yearly training needs and implement yearly training plan to enhance employee capability
Travel as and when required
Qualifications
Education: Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Masterxe2x80x99s degree in HR or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is preferred.
Experience:
PG-MBA with 8+ years in Human Resources in handling recruitment for retail financial services businesses in banks, NBFCs, small finance bank, MFIs, etc.
Experienced in high volume recruitment in financial space.
Previous experience in the microfinance, banking, or financial services industry is a plus.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media recruitment tools.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a results-oriented approach.
