1. Lead and motivate the clinic team to maintain high quality care provided to all customers as well as ensure clinic growth and advancement in quality as well as all business parameters. 2. Following company prescribed protocols, systems and processes for improved medical efficiency. 3. Provide on-job training new doctors and support staff. 4. Attend cases upscaled to them \xe2\x80\x93 o Enquiries where a second opinion is needed o Cases where remedy guidance is needed o Aggravated cases where treatment guidance is needed o Complaint cases or dissatisfied patients o Difficult cases where extra care is needed 5. Conducting regular meetings with the clinic team and discuss strategy to manage work and achieve targets and goals. 6. Hearing and resolving team grievances to maintain a peaceful and healthy working atmosphere. 7. Providing management with relevant reports and information as and when required.
